Award-winning craft beer brewery Heart of Darkness announces their festive menus for December celebrations. Ring in the end of the year from 7 December with hearty comfort food, good friends and good beer at the award-winning craft brewery’s new home on Keong Saik. 

Sides and starters include special holiday dishes, as well as standout favourites from Heart of Darkness’ food menu such as the Roasted Vegetables, a mix of brussels sprouts and sweet potato salad tossed in honey balsamic dressing, finished with toasted pecans, aged cheese and parsnip chips (S$15), Mash and Gravy smothered in beer onion gravy (S$15) and Beer Marinated Olives prepared with Heart of Darkness beer, garlic, chili, orange and rosemary (S$8).

Roasted Vegetables

Grab a group of up to five friends for the sharing-friendly mains, with Christmas classics including a choice of Grain-fed Charolais Black Angus Prime Rib from Australia (S$240 for 1.3 kg), Herb-Crusted Lamb Rack (S$245 for 1.5 kg) coated with herbs and aged cheese, slow-baked spiced Honey Cinnamon Glazed Ham (S$190), and Beef “Wellington” wrapped in filo pastry with prosciutto and aromatic duxelles (S$140 for 600 g). Finish off on a sweet note with the homemade Pecan pie Cake served with vanilla ice cream (S$18). 

Opt for the Christmas bundle for a sampling of all starters (Roasted Vegetables, Beer Marinated Olives, Mash & Gravy, Handcut Fries andBaked Creamy Cauliflower), choice of meats from Black Angus Prime Rib, Herb-Crusted Lamb Rack, Honey Cinnamon Glazed Ham or Beef “Wellington” and finish with the Pecan Pie Cake (bundle at S$105++ per pax, minimum 2 pax).
