NASCENT WINGS

0 0

I feel an instant urge,

To fly and to submerge,

Above the sky, and into the sea,

Pave my own golden destiny

“God helps them, who help themselves”

Everyone around since childhood yells

Today, at 20 I realise

It’s not just a saying, rather an advice

To let out the fears & take a leap

For my own dreams, I need to speak

Not only through words, rather deeds

For success needs labour and heed

The hunger to accomplish & achieve

Will increase the urge to succeed

I will bloom with nascent wings

I will bloom with nascent wings
