lululemon lands at Changi — and it’s a whole new vibe

lululemon has officially landed at Changi Airport Terminal 1, and it’s not just a store — it’s a lifestyle touchdown.

If your idea of airport athleisure stops at hoodie-and-leggings duty-free runs, allow us to redirect you to Gate Luxe. lululemon has officially landed at Changi Airport Terminal 1, and it’s not just a store — it’s a lifestyle touchdown.

The Vancouver-born brand, already adored by wellness warriors and street-style enthusiasts alike, is kicking off its biggest Singapore expansion yet with four new locations across the island. But let’s be honest — we’re still catching our breath over this first one.

lululemon

Nestled in the departure/transit lounge of T1, lululemon’s latest outpost is giving us elevated minimalism meets functional fashion. Think: soft bamboo fitting areas, tech-y fabric nods to movement innovation, and a sustainable wood entrance so chic it might just earn a boarding pass of its own. You’re still at the airport, yes — but suddenly it smells like essential oils and intention, and not the usual pre-flight stress.

Move over, travel pillows — Hello, reset kits

As part of the launch, shoppers who spend $350 can snag a Reset and Unwind Kit, complete with a calming hand sanitiser, hand lotion, essential oil, and a stretch guide. It’s like your carry-on just upgraded to First Class. Plus, those who strike a pose and tag @lululemonsoutheastasia on Instagram walk away with a sticker pack. (Loungewear and likes? Count us in.)

Oh, and did we mention exclusive Back To Life Sport Bottles in two designs only available at this location? Hydration, but make it high fashion.

lululemon is reaching everyone in the heartlands

lululemon is also making major moves in the heartlands, with its first-ever store in the West opening at Jem on 22 May. Jurong’s about to get a whole lot stretchier. This new 3,143-square-foot space is inspired by natural textures and Singapore’s beloved Jurong Bird Park — cue the warm wood, soft stone, and muted greys, all wrapped in that signature “I could live here” lululemon vibe.

In true community-driven style, the brand is inviting everyone to lace up and join lululemon runs every Sunday in May. Westies, your Sunday cardio just found a new crew.

MBS upgrade + Orchard’s biggest flex

The Marina Bay Sands store is levelling up with a new address inside the mall, while the crown jewel — a game-changing flagship at Ngee Ann City — is set to open in July. And this one’s a real treat: lululemon’s first Southeast Asia store with an integrated studio concept. Translation? Shop, sweat, and centre yourself, all in one place.

lululemon

Partnering with Betty, co-founder of wellness collective Within, the studio will offer curated movement classes that feel more meditative retreat than mall workout. More details to come, but if the brand’s track record is anything to go by, expect your serotonin levels (and style game) to rise.

The bottom line? This isn’t just a store rollout — it’s a mindful movement

With each store opening, lululemon isn’t just selling leggings and water bottles. It’s weaving itself into the rhythm of everyday Singapore life — from terminal dashes to Sunday long runs to Orchard Road soul stretches.

So whether you’re hopping on a red-eye, grabbing groceries in Jurong, or seeking your midweek moment of zen, there’s a lululemon near you. And it’s not just a stop — it’s a start.

Ready to live like you’re alive? Your mat (and new favourite Align tights) await.
