Bayside Drinks & Eats’ new brunch menu
As part of Bayside’s partnership with Aperol, Italy’s iconic orange bittersweet aperitif, the al fresco drinks and dining destination has rolled out a new brunch menu available every Saturday, with a Brunch Free Flow option from 1 – 4 PM featuring unlimited Aperol Spritzes, beer, wine, bubbles and house spirits for S$70. The perfect setting to relax and enjoy an Aperol Spritz with friends, Bayside offers laidback vibes, stunning panoramic views and lighthearted music in the heart of Marina Bay.
The drinks are complemented by an a la carte food menu, with savoury brunch favourites such as Eggs Benedict with poached egg, crispy bacon and sliced ham on brioche with hollandaise sauce (S$22), Avocado Toast with smashed avo, red onion, cherry tomato and poached egg on sourdough (S$22) and Scrambled Eggs & Sausage served with a side salad (S$18). For sweet breakfast treats, opt for Greek Yogurt with blueberries, granola and honey drizzle (S$10) or Pancakes, served in a set of three with a choice of toppings (S$18). More of a lunch person? Celebrate festivities at MO BAR with Asian Mulled Wine
Celebrate the festivities at MO BAR at the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore with their limited time only Asian Mulled Wine, available from 23rd through 31st December.
Created by Bar Manager Adrian Besa, the Asian Mulled Wine is a mix of traditional winter flavours and contemporary Asian ingredients, including Monkey 47 Gin, lemongrass, ginger, gula melaka, kaffir, orange, lemon, grapefruit and dry white wine. Finished off with a spice blend of cardamom, anise, clove, cinnamon and nutmeg, the Asian Mulled Wine ($24++) will be served in a traditional teapot – perfect to cosy up and share with your loved ones.

Junior The Pocket Bar has you covered this Holiday season with its new range of special festive cocktails available throughout December for takeaway and delivery.
Available in 250ml bottles, the six new cocktails are bursting with Christmas spirit and festive joy. Drinks include Uncle Joe’s Eggnog, a creamy, rich festive favourite crafted with whipped egg, cream, winter spices, Rye Whiskey, Cognac and PX Sherry and a dusting of winter spice. Glüwein, a classic German mulled wine with Jamaican Rum, apple brandy, red wine and mulling spice is a warm punch to keep up the festive cheer. The Winter Citrus Gimlet is a Christmas take on the classic gimlet with gin, blood orange, lemon, Campari and Amontillado Sherry. Swiss Miss, one of the favourites from Petite Chalet with Hokkaido Chocolate Milk, Green Chartreuse, Dark Rum Cinnamon and topped over with a Big Marshmallow.

In addition to the Sky Lounge festivities, CÉ LA VI Restaurant will also offer a sensational 5-course New Year’s Eve menu for guests to indulge in (S$258). Highlights of the menu include the Hokkaido Scallop with Oscietra Caviar, Binchōtan Grilled Maimoa Lamb Chops and the Hokkaido Double Fromage with pickled rock melon, sudachi sorbet and candy pop crumble.
