Wellness can feel confusing these days. One day, everyone is talking about collagen drinks. The next day, your feed is full of scalp health, hormone balance, sunscreen layering, supplements, gut health, derma skincare and K-beauty routines. It is a lot to take in, especially when all you really want is to find products and habits that make sense for your actual lifestyle. That is why the return of Guardian Wellness Fiesta 2026 feels perfectly timed.

Happening from 16 to 19 July 2026 at Suntec Convention Halls 401 and 402, the Guardian Wellness Fiesta 2026 brings together more than 100 trusted brands across health, wellness and beauty. Entry is free, and visitors can expect shopping deals, product discoveries, complimentary wellness assessments, workshops, expert-led talks and interactive activities.

Guardian Wellness Fiesta

For anyone in Singapore who has been meaning to refresh their skincare routine, get more serious about supplements, understand scalp or skin concerns better, explore women’s midlife wellness or simply stock up on personal care products, this is one wellness event worth adding to the calendar.

A free wellness event with over 100 brands

Guardian Wellness Fiesta 2026 will run across four days, starting from 3pm to 10pm on 16 July, and continuing from 10am to 10pm from 17 to 19 July. The event will be held at Suntec City Convention Hall 401 to 402, Level 4, making it easy to turn the visit into a family outing, post-work stop or weekend wellness browse.

This year’s edition is designed as a comprehensive wellness experience rather than just a retail fair. Visitors can explore different themed zones, try activities, take part in workshops and get complimentary assessments, including Guardian’s AI-powered skin and scalp assessment. Guests can also look forward to complimentary product samples, curated gifts with purchase, exclusive rewards and daily lucky draws featuring prizes worth up to S$25,000.

Start with the Guardian Wellness Passport

One of the more fun features this year is the Guardian Wellness Passport, a physical guide given to visitors upon entry. The idea is simple: as guests explore the fiesta, they can collect stamps by completing different activities across the event. These include taking part in Guardian’s skin and scalp assessment, signing up for the Guardian App, visiting The Wellness Hub, exploring the House of Mannings Guardian and more.

Once the passport is completed, visitors can redeem exclusive rewards at the main redemption counter. It is a nice way to make the event feel more interactive, especially for people who enjoy a little structure when navigating large lifestyle fairs.

First look at the new Mannings Guardian range

One major highlight of the fiesta is the launch of the Mannings Guardian range, Guardian’s own-brand collection created to support everyday wellness routines. Visitors can explore the range at the House of Mannings Guardian, a guided discovery space with dedicated product experience rooms. The range spans oral care, sun protection, feminine hygiene, personal care and daily essentials.

According to Guardian, every product in the Mannings Guardian range is backed by more than 50 years of expertise and undergoes a 20-step quality assurance process. For shoppers who often look for reliable, accessible alternatives across everyday essentials, this will be one of the key areas to check out.

Women’s midlife wellness gets a dedicated spotlight

Another important highlight this year is the official launch of Guardian’s Women’s Midlife Wellness Initiative in Singapore. This is especially timely because perimenopause and menopause are still not discussed enough, even though they can affect sleep, energy, mood, hormonal health and physical wellbeing. At the fiesta, visitors will get an exclusive first look at dedicated zones featuring products curated to address common perimenopause and menopause symptoms.

These zones will later be rolled out across selected Guardian stores. They will also include educational resources to help women better understand and recognise early signs and symptoms of perimenopause, while helping normalise conversations around this life stage.

The fiesta will also include expert-led panel discussions on perimenopause, which could be especially useful for women who want clear, practical information without having to rely on random social media advice.

Free AI-powered skin and scalp assessments

Beauty lovers should head straight for the Skin & Scalp Assessment area.

Guardian’s AI-powered consultation is designed to identify individual skin and scalp needs in under five minutes. The assessment looks at 12 skin metrics and 12 scalp metrics, then provides personalised product recommendations based on key concerns.

This is useful because many of us buy skincare and haircare based on trends, packaging or whatever our friends are using. A quick assessment can help narrow things down and make product choices feel more intentional.

Beauty zones to explore

The fiesta will have plenty for skincare and beauty fans. The Korean & Japanese Beauty section will feature K-beauty and J-beauty products, from glass-skin essentials to Asian cosmetic innovations.

Brands featured in this zone include SEKKISEI, CEZANNE, CANMAKE, Torriden, SKIN1004, LADOR, SKINTIFIC, Mediheal, Dr Rejuall, VT and KLAIRS.

There will also be a Derma Skincare zone featuring brands such as La Roche-Posay, CeraVe and Avène. This is a good stop for anyone looking for more targeted skincare, especially for sensitive, dry or easily irritated skin.

For those who prefer beauty from within, the K-Wellness & Nutrition Zone will feature ingestible beauty, functional snacks and Korean-formulated supplements. Brands include Teazen & Jardin, APPLIED NUTRITION, Condition and NESTLE.

Health, supplements and everyday wellness

Beyond beauty, Guardian Wellness Fiesta 2026 will also bring together a wide range of wellness categories. The Vitamins & Supplements zone will feature trusted brands such as Tiger Balm, Holland & Barrett, 21st Century, Holistic Way, Kinohimitsu and Omron. Visitors can browse vitamins, health supplements and nutritional essentials for everyday wellbeing.

There will also be a Modern Chinese Medicine section featuring TCM-inspired wellness products that combine traditional practices with modern scientific research. Brands include DA REN TANG and Food Art.

Everyday essentials will also have their place at the event. The Oral and Personal Care section will feature brands such as Sensodyne, DENTISTE, GRIN, Oral-B, Dove, LADOR, MOEV and NARD, while the Men’s Zone will include personal care products from brands such as Gillette, Rexona and Nivea.

Workshops, fitness sessions and expert talks

If you are not just going to shop, there will be plenty to do too. Guardian Wellness Fiesta 2026 will include expert-led sharing sessions and workshops covering current wellness topics. These sessions are designed to help visitors cut through social media myths and make more informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.

There will also be group fitness and lifestyle activities, including K-pop and Zumba sessions by Silent Disco Asia, yoga by Freedom Yoga and Dual Yoga led by Guardian Wellness Squad partners Brandon Chong and Dawn Sim. This makes the fiesta feel more like a full wellness day out than a standard shopping event.

Why this is worth checking out

What makes Guardian Wellness Fiesta 2026 interesting is how broad it is. It is not only for beauty shoppers, fitness enthusiasts or supplement regulars. It is for anyone who wants to explore wellness in a more hands-on way. You can go to discover new skincare, understand your scalp better, learn about perimenopause, explore supplements, try a fitness class, pick up personal care essentials or simply enjoy the free samples and deals.

For busy Singaporeans, the one-stop format may be helpful. Instead of trying to make sense of wellness advice online, visitors can explore different categories in person, ask questions and find products that fit their needs.
