This August, Our Tampines Hub (OTH) is inviting Singaporeans to celebrate not just one, but two special milestones – the nation’s 60th birthday and the Hub’s 8th anniversary. From 8 to 10 and on 16 August 2025, Singapore’s largest integrated community and lifestyle hub will transform into a vibrant stage of culture, connection and community pride. The celebrations will bring together residents, partners and families in a programme that honours the past while looking boldly to the future.

Themed Majulah Singapura, Tampines ♥, the festivities reflect OTH’s role as a space where people from all walks of life connect and strengthen bonds. The line-up at Our Tampines Hub blends cherished National Day traditions with exciting new highlights, ensuring there is something for everyone from music and dance performances to eco workshops, bumper car rides and wellness activities.
Key highlights from celebrations at Our Tampines Hub celebrates SG60 with heartland pride
The celebrations begin with the National Day Observance Ceremony on 9 August at Festive Plaza. Organised by Tampines Grassroots Organisations, it will see Advisers, community partners and residents gather for the recitation of the National Pledge and the singing of the National Anthem. This will be followed by a visit to the Hawker Centre, reflecting this year’s SG60 theme, Building Our Singapore Together.
Later the same day, music lovers can head to Town Square for the SG60 National Day Concert from 4pm. Audiences can experience six decades of the local music scene, with performances by renowned artists and rising stars including Louis Soliano, Hong Shao Xuan, Li Fei Hui, Hady Mirza, Shabir and Jasmine Sokko. The concert is free and open to all ages.
For those who missed out on parade tickets, OTH will host a live screening of the National Day Parade at Festive Plaza. Residents can soak in the atmosphere of national pride as they watch the event alongside their neighbours.

The celebrations continue on 16 August with a special SG60 formation and KPOPX workout at Town Square. This high-energy cardio dance session, led by experienced instructors, will kick off with a vibrant formation in a bid to set a new record in the Singapore Book of Records.
Beyond these highlights, visitors can enjoy cultural performances, open mic sessions, synthetic bumper car rides, theatre shows, and eco-friendly workshops on upcycling and organic harvesting. Together, these activities embody the kampung spirit by fostering a strong, connected community.
Eight years of community heartbeat
Since opening in 2017, OTH has welcomed millions of residents and visitors, evolving into a space where people live, play and celebrate together. Its facilities, inclusive programming and strong partnerships have set a benchmark for integrated community living, bringing national celebrations, grassroots initiatives, arts, culture and sports under one roof.
As OTH marks its 8th anniversary alongside Singapore’s 60th, the celebrations stand as a testament to shared progress, resilience and unity. It is a moment for Tampines – and the wider community – to reflect on how far they have come, and to look forward to what lies ahead.
