This floral-designed, four-tier masterpiece has an airy vanilla sponge base, a crunchy layer of milk chocolate crumble, and delicate white chocolate parfait. It is topped with a blueberry lychee compote, before being encased in a lychee lemon thyme mousse. For those who prefer each guest to have an individually plated dessert, opt for the Mother’s Day Mini Cake ($12), a petite version of the celebration cake available exclusively in-store at Great World, i12 Katong and Paragon.
If chocolate’s the way to mum’s heart, then the Mother’s Day Signature Bon Bons ($40) are the way to go. Every bonbon is painstakingly handcrafted using Pure Imagination Bean to Bar chocolates and comes in a box of nine — each with a beautifully unique look. Enjoy three of each flavour: the light and floral Ruby Lavender, a sweet and tart Strawberry Balsamic and a creamy Raspberry Yoghurt.
