The Chinese New Year Cakes (S$10 each) are designed to enchant, lovingly formed in the shapes of a mandarin orange, a beautiful white rabbit, a firecracker and a traditional red square with wishes for prosperity.

A trio of three praline Chocolate Koi Fish (S$58) convey the creative pastry chef’s wishes for good fortune and abundance for her customers in the New Year. Each Chocolate Koi is hand-painted, filled with 76% dark chocolate and packed with crunchy praline feuilletine and popping candy.
