So, that is why here I am with stories about people I meet, places I go to and other things. Time and again I break into poetry and vent out like a machine.
About me:
I have a Masters degree in Mass Communication from Guru Jhambeshwar University and PG Diploma in Radio & TV Journalism from Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan. I completed Graduation in Mass Comm, Advertisement and Journalism from Punjab Technical University.
I have an experience of over 5 years in Content Writing. I have worked as a Script Writer, Research Analyst and TV Presenter with Doordarshan Delhi (India’s oldest and biggest media organisation). During my tenure at DD, I have interviewed political leaders, Bollywood celebrities and eminent national artists.
I have taught PG and UG students at JSTS Delhi ( formerly NBA School of Mass Communication). I have authored two books – Nascent Wings and Saturated Agitation and have contributed for more than 15 anthologies. My research paper on Human Rights Reporting was published at MEDCOM 2016. I also have a background in community work, theatre and storytelling.
I was awarded the title for ‘Best Communications Skills‘ by Late Shri Pran Kumar Sharma in 2011. In 2017, I won the AVP Media title for ‘Most Promising Leader in Art and Literature‘.
