Why Anchor Food Professionals was one of the standout booths at FHA 2026

FHA 2026 is filled with major brands and busy exhibition halls, but one booth that genuinely stood out during my visit was Anchor Food Professionals.

As the exclusive dairy sponsor of the FHA Bakery Challenge and Young Chefs Grand Prix, Anchor Food Professionals returned this year with its largest FHA showcase in a decade, and it showed. From the moment you stepped into the space, there was a clear sense of scale, confidence and purpose. Rather than simply displaying products, Anchor created an experience built around performance, flavour and culinary creativity.

Chef Jean-François Arnaud brought the booth to life

One of the highlights for me was watching Chef Jean-François Arnaud live in action. Recognised as a recipient of the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Pastry Arts, Chef Jean-François was part of Anchor Food Professionals’ impressive ambassador chef line-up at FHA 2026.

His demo drew a crowd quickly, and it was easy to understand why. There was precision, calm confidence and artistry in every step, but what made it especially effective was how naturally it showcased the quality of Anchor’s products in real culinary use. This was not a passive tasting session. It was a masterclass in what premium dairy ingredients can help chefs achieve.

More than products on display

What made the Anchor Food Professionals booth memorable was how interactive it felt. Across the four-day exhibition, the brand hosted live demonstrations and Q&A sessions featuring regional and international chefs, showcasing applications across bakery, pastry, beverage and culinary categories.

That hands-on approach matters. In today’s food world, chefs and operators want more than a brochure. They want to see how products perform under pressure, how they handle in real kitchens and how they translate into flavour and consistency. Anchor understood that perfectly.

Innovation worth noticing

The booth also highlighted several hero products including the Easy Bakery CreamCultured Style Butter, and Lamination Butter Sheet Range. These are not just shelf products. They are solutions designed for professionals who care about texture, yield, stability and taste. From pastry lamination to cream applications, the showcase made clear why Anchor continues to hold strong credibility in foodservice.

Final thoughts

At FHA 2026, many booths competed for attention. Anchor Food Professionals earned it. With strong product innovation, engaging chef-led experiences and standout talent like Chef Jean-François Arnaud, the booth delivered one of the most complete experiences I encountered at the show.

If you are visiting FHA, Anchor Food Professionals is not just a booth to pass by. It is one to stop, watch and taste. Anchor Food Professionals is at FHA 2026 from 21–24 April at Singapore Expo, Hall 4, Booth 4L2-07.
