The heart of the celebration lies at The Woodleigh Mall’s Level 1 Atrium, where a riot of colours awaits you. Immerse yourself in the vibrant Mid-Autumn spirit with stunning light installations, wooden floral crates, and a breathtaking rainbow lantern tunnel. Don’t forget to snap those Instagram-worthy family photos against this dazzling backdrop and tag @thewoodleighmall!

Crafting memories: Lanterns and mooncakes

Unleash your inner artist with lantern crafting and mooncake-making workshops. Create your personalised lanterns and learn the art of crafting mini snowskin mooncakes. These workshops run from September 15th to 24th, with sessions available on both weekdays and weekends. To participate, simply spend $30 in a single receipt at The Woodleigh Mall to receive your workshop passes.

Storytelling magic

EduGrove Mandarin Enrichment Centre and Berries World of Learning School will captivate your imagination with themed storytelling sessions. EduGrove will enchant you on September 16th at 4 p.m., while Berries will take the stage on September 19th, 22nd, and 24th at various times. These storytelling sessions will be held at The Woodleigh Mall’s Level 1 Atrium.

The art of calligraphy and robotics

Cultivate your concentration and artistic skills with Chinese calligraphy workshops conducted by Chengzhu Mandarin Centre on September 20th at 6 p.m. For those looking to enhance their critical thinking, Futurum Academy is hosting robotics workshops. These workshops run on weekdays from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and weekends from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with multiple dates available from September 15th to 24th. Prepare to unlock your creative potential!

Learn and play: Mid-Autumn trivia and games

From September 15th to 24th, expand your knowledge of the Mid-Autumn Festival with interactive screens at the atrium, courtesy of The Learning Lab, BlueTree Education, and The Eton Academy. Test your understanding of festival myths and legends with the Mid-Autumn Trivia Game. For a more action-packed experience, try your hand at the Lantern Quest Game, where speed and skill are your allies. Don’t forget to scan the QR codes and participate in the thrilling Rabbit Hunt Digital Game for a chance to win F&B vouchers.

A lantern walk for charity

On September 23rd at 7 p.m., light up the Bidadari estate with lanterns during a moonlit stroll with your loved ones. Engage in Mid-Autumn-themed trivia and lantern riddle guessing for exclusive prizes. Plus, receive a goodie bag worth more than $10 and enjoy its delicious treats after the stroll. Registration is only $10, capped at 100 sign-ups, and you can sign up at The Woodleigh Mall’s Information Counter on Level 2.

In the spirit of giving back, The Woodleigh Mall will match dollar for dollar with every Lantern Walk ticket sold. All proceeds from the event will be used to purchase essential items for families in need, in collaboration with Viriya Community Services.
