Going to the gym or learning a new sport is a great way to blow off steam which is much needed after the past few weeks of staying home and keeping safe. Decathlon has once again released its range of sporting activities and classes across all levels and ages to take part in for the upcoming weeks.

Reinvigorate with some Pilates Basics [$25.00/per class]
End the work week strong with a Pilates class by SP+ to relax and reset for the weekend ahead. Take part in this Pilates Basics 60-min group (beginner-friendly) session which aims to gain awareness of postural alignment, core engagement and promote mobility throughout the body. All attendees are recommended to be prepared with a Yoga Mat/Towel (compulsory for unvaccinated clients), TraceTogether Token/App as well as a Covid Vaccination Record/Report.
For those that prefer to work out at home and are looking to invest in sports equipment that is both sustainable and aesthetically pleasing – the Domyos Woodbike aka the stationary exercise bike of your dreams has arrived.

If that’s not enough to entice you to get one for your own, Decathlon further contributes to the environment and has teamed up with Reforest Action and pledged that with every tree used to make the Domyos Woodbike, 10 more will be planted. The Woodbike comes in two easy-to-assemble parts, the wooden frame and the mechanical components which are sold separately.
For more classes and information, check out Decathlon Singapore where you can find a full list of classes that you can take part in daily with new classes being added constantly. We hope you will consider featuring these classes in your upcoming relevant stories.
