3 September Friday (6:30pm-7:30pm)
10 September Friday (6:30pm-7:30pm)

End the work week strong with a Pilates class by SP+ to relax and reset for the weekend ahead. Take part in this Pilates Basics 60-min group (beginner-friendly) session which aims to gain awareness of postural alignment, core engagement and promote mobility throughout the body. All attendees are recommended to be prepared with a Yoga Mat/Towel (compulsory for unvaccinated clients), TraceTogether Token/App as well as a Covid Vaccination Record/Report.

For those that prefer to work out at home and are looking to invest in sports equipment that is both sustainable and aesthetically pleasing – the Domyos Woodbike aka the stationary exercise bike of your dreams has arrived.

L-R: Wooden Exercise Bike Woodbike (Wooden Part 1/2) $270, Wooden Exercise Bike Woodbike (Mechanical Part 2/2), $260
The iconic Woodbike is designed to blend seamlessly into a room, marrying interior design with fitness and providing an effortless merging of a fitness item into your home. Not like any other stationary bike, its beautiful wooden frame is made from solid French beech wood that has the strength and durability of metal but leaves a smaller environmental footprint since it is renewable – making it one of the best eco-friendly options out there. The gel saddle and smooth paddling ensure comfort and functionality; you can even connect your smart device to track your workouts and progress whilst on the bike.

If that’s not enough to entice you to get one for your own, Decathlon further contributes to the environment and has teamed up with Reforest Action and pledged that with every tree used to make the Domyos Woodbike, 10 more will be planted. The Woodbike comes in two easy-to-assemble parts, the wooden frame and the mechanical components which are sold separately.
