Häagen-Dazs has engaged in a truly cool collaboration with the top bars and restaurants in Singapore, including swanky cocktail bar Potato Head Singapore, creative cocktail lounge IB HQ, as well as Accor Group’s 1864 bar at Sofitel Singapore City Centre and Swissôtel Merchant Court Singapore’s riverside kiosk.
Tying in with the launch of Häagen-Dazs’ latest tropical flavours of Lime Mojito Sorbet and Piña Colada ice cream with a touch of rum, cocktail and ice cream lovers can sweeten their happy hour experience with an irresistible mix of masterful cocktail-meets-dessert creations.

- Potato Head Singapore – indulge in a different kind of nightcap with La Piña Affogato (S$12++), a luscious dessert of tangy calamansi and pineapple rum reduction poured over Häagen-Dazs’ Piña Colada ice-cream and topped with a coconut oat crumble. Available April and May.
- IB HQ – get cool and sophisticated with the Tafia (S$24++), an Asian spin on the humble mojito topped with Häagen-Dazs’ Lime Mojito Sorbet, and Smokey Piña Colada (S$25++), an artistic deconstruction of the piña colada using lapsang souchong-infused rum, longan honey and fresh lime juice poured tableside over scoops of Piña Colada ice-cream. - Sofitel Singapore City Centre’s 1864 – re-discover your favourite classic cocktails with the Martino Mojito ($18++), a creative combination of a martini and mojito served with a side scoop of Häagen-Dazs’ Lime Mojito Sorbet, Old Fashion Conversation (S$18++), a classic Old Fashioned paired with Häagen-Dazs’ classic Rum & Raisin ice cream, and Holiday Colada (S$18++), a cocktail of Bacardi Blanca and Crème de Menthe with Häagen-Dazs’ Piña Colada ice cream. - Swissôtel Merchant Court Singapore’s riverside kiosk – enjoy al fresco fun with some lightly alcoholic refreshments – Apple Crumble Cider Float(S$20++), Aperol Spritz Float (S$20++), Pandan Mojito Shake (S$20++) and an Open-faced Nyonya Apom Balik (S$13++) – as well as kid-friendly ice-cream creations of the Classic Float (S$15++), Strawberry Virgin Mojito (S$15++) and Dragon Fruit Shake (S$15++).
