Revel in time-honoured joyous reunions with family and business associates with unique creations at 藝 yì by Jereme Leung. Guests are invited to discover provincial Chinese specialities alongside Lunar New Year favourites such as Yu Sheng, Baked Lobster with XO Sauce and Cheese, Braised Pork Belly with Dried Oysters, as well as Crispy Glutinous Rice Cake with Shredded Coconut, available as a la carte selections and presented as set menus.

Suite Reunion Private Dining

For gatherings of five persons or more (capped at a maximum of 8 persons), guests can choose to celebrate in the privacy of the Hotel’s spacious Residence Suite with a choice of their preferred Lunar New Year set menu at an exclusive supplementary rate of S$500++.

Guests are also invited to extend the merriment and continue the indulgence with a restorative stay after the sumptuous reunion feast at an additional S$500++.

Auspicious Yu Sheng

Celebrate the time-honoured tradition of tossing to abundance, health and good fortune with Yu Sheng from 藝 yì by Jereme Leung, a perennial favourite dish for the season. For takeaway orders, each Yu Sheng is exquisitely assembled in a classy multi-tiered red box that makes it convenient to carry and easily presented on the dining table.

Consisting of an auspicious selection of ingredients anointed with an alluring Yunnan rose dressing crafted by MasterChef Jereme Leung, each Yu Sheng serves 8-10 persons and offers a delectable choice of abalone, live lobster or salmon (smoked salmon is served for takeaway orders).

Guests can choose to enjoy this time-honoured tradition for dine-in or takeaways* throughout the Lunar New Year celebrations.  

Prosperity Heritage Evening Experience at The Grand Lobby

Enjoy a delectable Prosperity Heritage Evening Experience set amidst the grandeur of The Grand Lobby with auspicious delights symbolising abundance and good fortune. 

Presented in a set menu of individual plates and sharing platters, guests can enjoy time-honoured creations such as Yu Sheng with Smoked Salmon and Fish Skin CrackersSteamedCod with Black Garlic and Olives, local favourites such as Spicy Tiger Prawns, Singapore Chilli Crab CakeAssorted Nonya Kueh, and a choice of Local Teh Tarik, Kopi, or the Raffles Signature Tea selection.

Complement the experience with a curated selection of craft cocktails such as Beach Road Martini, a delicious concoction of Raffles Sip Smith 1915 gin, pale ale, sake and laksa leaf; and Trader Imperial Champagne, a refreshing blend of Champagne, Ceylon arrack and plantation bitters, all inspired by Singapore’s rich culinary heritage.

Guests can enjoy heart-warming reunions with everyone near and dear in the comfort of their homes with exceptionally crafted home dining sets curated by the 藝 yì by Jereme Leung culinary team.

Feast on unique gourmet delights rich in symbolism and flavour, such as Rolled Yellow Croaker with Sichuan Peppercorn, Sautéed King Prawns with Spicy Creamy Pumpkin Sauce, and Chef Jereme’s Signature Golden Fried Rice with Preserved Meats. These takeaway meals are available in set menus for 6 persons (Decadent Set) and 8 persons (Auspicious Set) from the comfort of home. Apart from these delectable set menus, guests can also choose to indulge in the much-cherished Bountiful Seafood Treasure Pot (S$488+), a delectable trove of 10-head abalones, scallops, dried oysters and other delicacies simmered to perfection.

Cheers to the arrival of Spring with Harmony, a Lunar New Year-inspired craft cocktail specially made by Nicholas Alexander, Head Bartender of Writers Bar. The refreshing concoction consists of Cognac, Scotch, orange, apple, clarified milk, five spice and boasts a beautiful red hue for the occasion.  It is priced at $28+ for 180ml bottle and $128+ for 1000ml bottle, perfect for home gatherings.

Bountiful Gift Ideas by Raffles Boutique

Delight treasured friends, family and business associates with auspicious Lunar New Year hampers from the Raffles Boutique. Exclusively created for Raffles Hotel Singapore, each hamper is inspired by the traditional Chinese lunch box and comes complete with intricate illustrations of the hotel’s iconic cast-iron portico.
