June holidays are here and it’s officially event season all across Singapore!

When my daughter and I were invited to the media preview of Bluey’s Beach Party at NEX, I expected fun—but I didn’t realise just how much fun we were about to have. From the moment we stepped into the atrium, it was like we had walked straight into Bluey’s sunny universe—right in the middle of Serangoon.

Running from 30 May to 29 June, Bluey’s beach takeover at NEX is everything your little one could wish for this June holidays, complete with a giant inflatable castle, beachy vibes, adorable meet-and-greet moments, and hands-on creative zones. We explored it all—and here’s why you should too.

Bouncing into fun at Bluey’s inflatable castle this June holidays

Let’s start with the main attraction: Singapore’s first and largest Bluey-themed inflatable bouncy castle. It’s colourful, beachy, and guaranteed to make any kid’s face light up. With a simple $50 minimum spend, you can redeem a 30-minute Bluey Play Pass—and honestly, that’s all the time they need to bounce out all that holiday energy. Passes are limited to 150 redemptions daily, so plan ahead!

A magical moment with Bluey and Bingo

You can make your day even more special with a meet-and-greet with Bluey and Bingo. The excitement in the air will be contagious—kids giggling, waving, and waiting eagerly for their turn to meet the iconic Aussie pups. Each Photo Pass admits a family of five and is available with a $50 minimum spend (first-come, first-served). Don’t forget to head to the Customer Service Counter an hour before the session to redeem your pass!

Crafting joy at Bluey’s creative workshops

Need a breather from bouncing? The hands-on workshops are perfect. Kids can get creative with adorable themed crafts—from making windchimes (on 7 and 8 June) to crafting paper plate drums (on 14 and 15 June). The sessions run from 2pm to 5pm and are open to the first 40 redemptions each day. We tried a bit of both, and let’s just say our fridge now has some very colourful new art.

Free Bluey colouring sheets (and lots of giggles)

Tucked away in a cosy corner is a colouring activity station where kids can grab a free Bluey colouring sheet and let their imagination go wild. The sheets are limited, so it’s worth swinging by earlier in the day. My daughter gave Bluey a full unicorn makeover—because why not?

Earn rewards while you shop

As a bonus, NEXrewards members can score a $10 eNEX voucher with a $150 (or $250) spend—yes, including groceries, beauty, wellness, and enrichment purchases. This is part of their Bluey’s Beach Bash reward programme running all month long. Perfect if you’re planning to stock up on school holiday essentials anyway.
