Singapore’s first alternative food festival, the Flavours of Tomorrow Festival, is back for its second edition, and it’s bigger and bolder than ever. Taking place from 25th-27th April 2025, from 10 AM to 7 PM daily at Geneo, Singapore Science Park, this groundbreaking event invites Singaporeans to push the boundaries of their palates while celebrating sustainability and food innovation.
Organised by CapitaLand’s Singapore Science Park, Innovate 360, and BLOCK71, this three-day festival brings together the brightest minds and tastemakers in the alternative food scene. With over 10 plant-based food booths and 20 sustainable retail booths, this year’s festival promises an unforgettable experience for food lovers and eco-conscious consumers alike.
A feast for the future
At its core, Flavours of Tomorrow is about showcasing sustainable, alternative food options that align with Singapore’s 30 by 30 goal—ensuring the country’s food security by producing 30% of its nutritional needs locally by 2030.
Attendees will get to sample cutting-edge food innovations, from Tom Yum Crickets and cacao-free chocolates to plant-based versions of familiar dishes.

Why it matters
“As the master developer and operator of Singapore Science Park, we are pleased to bring back the Flavours of Tomorrow Festival to showcase our agri-food tech partners and life sciences ecosystem. With more than 4,000 unique visitors last year, we’re confident that this year’s festival will continue to provide foodtech startups and culinary innovators with the opportunity to connect with fellow industry peers and introduce their innovations to the public through interactive demos, food booths, and a sustainable retail market,” said Mr Chew Peet Mun, Managing Director of Investment and Development, CapitaLand Development (Singapore).
Innovate 360’s Chief Operating Officer, Sean Mak, also emphasised the festival’s role in shifting perceptions: “By enhancing the accessibility and appeal of alternative food choices, we hope that Flavours of Tomorrow will transform perception by demonstrating that sustainable options can be both practical and delectable.”
