This weekend, at the media preview for Christmas at City Square Mall, Divisha and I stepped into a magical world of festive cheer and boundless fun, and we were absolutely spoilt for choice with the incredible activities lined up for us.

From indulging in creative moments at the Meiji upcycling workshop to diving into the spirit of Christmas with a heartwarming Santa storytelling session, every experience was a memory in the making. Divisha’s eyes lit up as she met Santa himself during the meet-and-greet, and we couldn’t resist joining in the joyous Christmas carols that filled the air with merriment.

The day only got better as we caught sight of Garfield at The Golden Village and even unleashed our inner artists at the adorable ‘Paint-a-Bear’ workshop organised by the kindest, sweetest team at The Local Space. To top it all off, FairPrice became our adventure playground, where we completed exciting quests and were rewarded with the delightful Start Strong Stay Strong goodie bag. Along the way, Divisha was showered with thoughtful gifts, each one adding to her delight. It was truly a day packed with love, laughter, and the magic of the season!

Here’s a peek into the exciting highlights and what you can look forward to this Christmas at City Square Mall.

A sustainable Christmas at City Sqaure Mall

Transforming waste into wonder
City Square Mall is redefining holiday decorations with its record-breaking Christmas tree made entirely of upcycled CP-Meiji milk bottle lamps. Over three months, the mall collected 1,200 bottles, of which 400 were transformed into beautiful lamps for the tree.

This eco-conscious display sets a new record in the Singapore Book of Records and serves as a testament to the mall’s dedication to sustainability.
