At The Vent Machine, we recently had the privilege of stepping into the dreamlike universe of Monet Inside, and it was an experience like no other. This 360-degree digital art exhibition, celebrating the masterpieces of Claude Monet, has turned Parkview Square into a haven of colour, light, and boundless imagination.
I visited with my daughter and her best friend, and the joy on their faces as they wandered through Monet’s stunning works was simply priceless. My friend and I were equally enthralled by the way the exhibit brought the magic of Impressionism to life.

Monet Inside: A magical dive into Monet’s world
Imagine standing amidst the serene beauty of Monet’s Water Lilies, strolling through the vibrant scene of Garden at Sainte-Adresse, or feeling the gentle breeze of Woman with a Parasol. That’s precisely what Monet Inside offers — an immersive journey where you can step inside the frames of the famed artist’s masterpieces.
Projected onto five grand screens towering over six metres high and enhanced by captivating visuals on the flooring, this exhibition goes beyond viewing art; it allows you to become part of it. Accompanied by an original soundtrack and a heartfelt narration by Monet’s art dealer and friend, Paul Durand-Ruel, visitors are transported to 19th-century Paris, where Monet’s genius first shone through.
The exhibition showcases over 200 of Monet’s works, tracing his journey from his early days as a caricature artist in Le Havre to the grandeur of his celebrated Water Lilies series in Giverny. Every corner of the venue feels like stepping into Monet’s imagination, where light, shadow, and colour come together to paint stories of life, nature, and resilience.
