EstheClinic’s EstheCyro was just what my postpartum body needed!

Being a new mom, I tend to question myself more often that I should. One of the million things that trouble me is the extent of how much my body has changed. Don’t get me wrong. I don’t mind the baby weight as I am a body positive person. It’s the random flabbiness and bulges that bother me a lot. Airbrushed and photoshopped pictures of celeb new moms don’t help my mental heath either. Again, I am not competing with anyone but yeah, wouldn’t mind some sort of normalcy.

Last month, I had a chance to visit the EstheClinic and try two of their signature treatments: the EstheCyro – Cryolipolysis Fat Freezing Treatment and the Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Body Permanent Hair Removal treatment.

Before, I delve into my experience, here’s a bit more about the clinic and the visionaries behind it.

Brininging in two decades of experience

EstheClinic first started in Paris, France more than 20 years ago by the founding doctors – Dr. Gerard Boutboul, (Manon’s father) and Dr. Leone, and has since expanded in France and most recently in Asia – Singapore and Hong Kong.

Inspired by her father’s passion and vision for EstheClinic to develop technological aesthetic treatments for the face, body, and hair removal as an alternative to surgery, Manon Allano wanted to push forward with that vision further.

For consumers who are tired of spending thousands of dollars on non-efficient over the counter products but not willing to undergo a painful surgery, she wants to invite all to rediscover the possibilities of what the body and face can achieve at EstheClinic, using exclusive French patented cutting-edge technologies that result in treatments that are safe, painless, and non-invasive with immediate and lasting results.

Manon Allano, Managing Director of EstheClinic

EstheClinic debuted the Singapore market in 2015 with its first outlet at Tanjong Pagar. with two other outlets opened in 2016 (East Coast) and 2017 (Holland Village). They then took a break to welcome their beautiful baby girls, while deciding on its fourth outlet, which was the latest at myVillage, Serangoon Garden, in March 2021.

“We are always grateful for all the love and support we’ve received from the customers and media. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, EstheClinic will continue to work towards becoming the brand that comes to one’s mind for effective, long-lasting treatments that uses medical-grade, ground-breaking technology.” – Manon Allano, Managing Director of EstheClinic.

Discover Paris in Singapore

With French Inspired technology and treatments, the vibe of the outlet took me all the way to Paris. I visited their East Coast Outlet. From the invite, to the reception and counselling to the actual treatments- my experience at EstheClinic was  amazing.

EstheClinic has an extensive list of aesthetic beauty services that address any concerns one may have, ranging from permanent hair removal to face and body treatments, using French patented, medical-grade technology with its own range of exclusive machines developed to specifically target and treat these aesthetic issues. Some of their signature body treatments target the different areas of concerns one may have – loose skin and cellulite, excess fats, stretch marks, and more!

The first treatment I tried was the EstheCyro – Cryolipolysis Fat Freezing Treatment.

New Mummas! Tighten your skin and get rid of that extra fat with EstheCyro

EstheClinic’s EstheCyro is the only pain-free fat freezing treatment in the world. This painless treatment gets rid of those stubborn pockets of fat which will not go away despite diet and exercise.

Their technology delivers precisely controlled cooling to target the fat cells underneath the skin gently and effectively. The process leaves customers with reduced body fat and an improved silhouette. I can assure you that it is not painful at all- of course, you feel a slight discomfort at the beginning but even that subsides as the treatment continues.

EstheClinic’s groundbreaking cryolipolysis technology can treat multiple areas simultaneously in the same session. It is dramatically more comfortable than existing cryolipolysis treatments, as a result of a unique suction method that gradually draws up the fatty tissues instead of in one forceful go.

An individual session of the EstheCyro is priced at the ala carte price of S$550. Package prices are also available from S$293 onwards.

Get rid of that postpartum extra melanin from your underarms with EstheClinic’s Body Whitening IPL Treatment

The second treatment I tried was the IPL Skin Whitening and Rejuvenation treatment for my underarams. EstheClinic’s IPL Body Skin Whitening instantly brightens up the skin on the body and lightens dark spots caused by hyperpigmentation. Their pain-free Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) technology restores youthful, natural radiance and improves the skin’s condition. The IPL technology emits light waves that are absorbed by melanin, triggering their fragmentation. The treatment is painless, safe, and effective in eliminating frustrating skin problems and has anti-ageing properties.

Additionally, their IPL technology stimulates collagen production in the subdermal layerof the skin and acts as a pore minimizer, leaving the skin smoother, more even skin tone and brighter complexion.

An individual session of Body Whitening IPL Treatment is priced at S$150 for Underarms/ Knees, S$180 for Bikini Line, $250 for Brazilian Bikini / Inner Thighs, S$300 for Buttock/ Half Back. Package prices are also available from S$90 onwards.
