As the sun set over Orchard Road, Plaza Singapura transformed into a realm of enchantment, and I found myself immersed in a day filled with wonder, joy, and a touch of glamour. The Great Christmas Village, with its three distinct Christmas Villages, promised an experience like no other, and it certainly delivered.
My little one and I kicked off our adventure at Kiztopia’s Great Christmas Alley. The magic show left my daughter wide-eyed with amazement, and the interactive storytelling and sing-along sessions with Santa added an extra sprinkle of joy. The lively photo wall featuring Kiztopia’s cherished characters became an instant favourite, creating memories we’ll treasure forever. The special meet-and-greet sessions with the adorable Kiztopia mascots were the icing on the Christmas cake!
The enchanted Enchanted Lightway at Canopy Plaza beckoned, and we struck a pose under captivating twinkle lights, surrounded by festive décor that seamlessly extended Orchard Road’s Christmas lights.
Next, we ventured into the ticketed wonderland with Bell’s Christmas Surprise and the Twinkle Twinkle Balloon Dome. The Candy Land-themed inflatable playground soared to impressive heights, offering bouncing good fun that ignited the imagination of my little one. The Twinkle Twinkle Balloon Dome, a gigantic see-through dome filled with a multitude of rainbow balloons, became an enchanting backdrop for memorable photos.
With tickets priced at just $20 per person, it was an affordable and magical experience. The bonus of 20% off Kiztopia merchandise made it even sweeter.
But the magic didn’t stop there! The Enchanted Express, featuring a larger-than-life installation of Dumbo, transported us into the magical realms of Disney. The 360-degree multi-sensory magical digital experience was a treat for my daughter, who adores all things Disney.
As we meandered through the Plaza, we stumbled upon a retail therapy haven—the DIOR pop-up store at the Main Atrium on Level 1. Inspired by the City of Light, the holiday collection exuded opulence and sophistication. My personal indulgence? The viral 999 Dior lipstick in Matt and glowy shades, a perfect addition to my festive beauty arsenal.
With the Plaza also hosting the MAC holiday collection, “Bizarre Blizzard Bash,” our day was complete. The surreal colors, shimmering textures, and never-before-seen products promised to elevate our festive look to a whole new level of chic and glamour.
