The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore is thrilled to present its lavish feast of holiday offers, which will leave guests spoilt for choice as the season of indulgence draws near. Celebrate the end of the year with an outstanding assortment of rich buffet spreads, carefully crafted set meals for lunch and dinner, free-flow beverage packages, and holiday takeaway treats from 1 December 2022 to 1 January 2023.

The Capitol Kempinski Hotel’s Christmas-themed decorations will provide plenty of Yuletide cheer and holiday glitz to celebrations, whether visitors choose to do so there or at home with their loved ones.

This holiday season, guests can celebrate with an epicurean feast that combines modern Asian flavours with seasonal produce, fish, and meat. Except on Christmas Day, 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung will serve three- to four-course set lunch and dinner menus for the entire month of December for S$68++ to S$78++, respectively.

The lunch menu offers delicacies like Torched Sword Fish, which is cooked with fish floss, pomelo, cilantro lime emulsion, and cincalok. Another standout dish is the Wagyu Beef Cheek served with la ratte potato mousseline, chorizo, white bean, and black garlic jus. Both dishes are Japanese crab “Sawagani” drenched in Thai curry with basil and Assam lychee. Enjoy the Rosella Mousse Tart for dessert, which is topped with lemongrass ice cream and garnished with a hawthorn coulis and wheat streusel.

With lavish community dining sets, enjoy each other’s company while celebrating Christmas together. A 3-layer tartare with Hokkaido scallop, amaebi prawn, skipjack tuna, port wine gel, and Kaluga caviar serves as the signature amuse-bouche to start the meal.

Enjoy sharing meals like a Canadian lobster that is paired with a chilli mango, black beans, cilantro, and Szechuan pepper oil as the evening progresses, as well as a holiday staple of smoked turkey breast that is paired with beef fat saffron, basil caviar, chestnuts, and bonito consommé. The Wild Caught Fish Plate, which includes grilled mahi-mahi, poached blue-eye fish, and pan-seared giant trevally, or Premium Meat Cuts such Japanese A4 wagyu beef sirloin, lamb tenderloin, and six-spice Iberico hog cheek are the two options for the main shared dish. A banana parfait with coconut malto, gula jawa crisp, black rum jelly, and roasted tea ice cream will sweeten the meal.

On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, assemble your loved ones and delight in a spectacular buffet. Christmas Eve Dinner is served at 5 p.m. for S$188++ and at 8:30 p.m. for S$168++, while Christmas Day Brunch on December 25 begins at 12 p.m. for S$188++. Over 20 stations with fresh seafood, carvery, dessert, and more will be available for guests to enjoy.

The hotel’s trademark dining experience may be replicated at home with delicious takeouts that are also available for delivery. Enjoy a variety of succulent roasted meats, including Baked Honey Ham with a glaze made with The Bar at 15 Stamford’s signature drink Plantation 1840, Roasted Black Angus Beef Ribeye with horseradish cream, dijon mustard, and red wine sauce, and Spiced Rubbed Whole Turkey with Cranberry Jam and Bread Sauce. The drink honours Joseph Balestier, the first US consul to be assigned to Singapore, who made rum in Singapore in the 1830s and lived on the very spot where the Capitol Kempinski Hotel now sits.
