Singapore, Say Hello to SmileDirectClub’s Lifetime Smile Guarantee™

Read Time:2 Minute, 46 Second

In celebration of Singapore’s National Day, and SmileDirectClub’s one year anniversary in the Lion City, the U.S.-based telehealth pioneer and market leader in dentist-directed remote clear aligner treatment announced its new Lifetime Smile Guarantee™. The new offering provides a tremendous value to customers with unparalleled customer support well beyond their initial treatment. To take things up a notch, from 30 July to 31 August 2021, all customers can enjoy SG$156 off their aligners and a free visit to the SmileShop to get their journey started.

As a leader in oral care innovation, SmileDirectClub is committed to helping customers achieve a straighter smile, which in turn leads to improved overall health. Each journey begins with a 30-Day Money-Back Promise, followed by free aligner touch-ups during the treatment, and ends with The Lifetime Smile Guarantee™ that protects customer’s smiles for life.

30-Day Money-Back Promise

If customers decide that SmileDirectClub aligners aren’t the right fit within the first 30 days of use, the company will refund the cost 100%. Even after the first 30 days, customers can return unused aligners for a prorated refund.

Aligner Touch-ups During Treatment

During the treatment, SmileDirectClub uses regular virtual Smile Check-ins™ to track progress. If something’s not quite right, or customers have a concern, their prescribing dentist might prescribe an aligner touch-up and new aligners will be shipped directly to them at no cost.

Lifetime Touch-Ups After Treatment

Customers who complete clear aligner therapy with SmileDirectClub, and replace SmileDirectClub retainers every 6 months and wear them as prescribed, will qualify for the Lifetime Smile Guarantee™. The guarantee ensures customers can qualify for a free aligner touch-up each year, if determined necessary by the prescribing dentist or orthodontist, to achieve the desired results.

“Teeth naturally move throughout a person’s life, even after completing any teeth-straightening service,” said Dr. Jeffrey Sulitzer, Chief Clinical Officer at SmileDirectClub. “Our Lifetime Smile Guarantee™ ensures our Club Members can keep their new smile for life and reap the additional benefits from a lifelong straighter smile, including the ability to improve oral health and potentially reduce chronic inflammation of the gums which helps avoid diseases like diabetes, coronary artery disease, and rheumatoid arthritis.”

Since launching in the U.S. in 2014, SmileDirectClub has become one of the fastest-growing health technology companies, serving well over one million customers around the world. In Singapore, customers can simply begin their Smile Journey with a free 3D image appointment at SmileShops located in Nuffield Dental Clinics at HarbourFront Centre, One Raffles Place Mall, and Wheelock Place. During the free 30-minute SmileShop visit, each customer will also be able to have an in-person consultation with the Singaporean registered dentist after the 3D scan.

SmileDirectClub provides two teeth straightening options designed for minor to moderate teeth correction. SmileDirectClub aligners are prescribed for 22-hour wear per day with an average treatment length of 4-6 months and allow customers to remove aligners to eat and drink. Achieving the same results as SmileDirectClub aligners, the SmileDirectClub Nighttime Aligners™ are prescribed for 10 continuous hours of nighttime wear with an average treatment length of 10 months. Nighttime Aligners™ allow customers to enjoy food throughout the day while they’re not wearing their aligners.
