Swayam Foundation is organising MINDSPACE – an event that aims at creating conversations on mental health. It is an endeavour to initiate a much-needed dialogue on mental health, have survivors and caregivers come out of the shadows, challenge the social stigma attached to mental health issues and create awareness and acceptance in the community.
